This is not the way I envisioned my retirement to be. Get a company that adds to the community and enriches it, not one that has out-dated rules and regulations with no common sense approach of dealing with community issues. We need an HOA comprised of members from this community, not an outsider. I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS. We moved into our new home on July 16, 2021. We were so excited and thought it was going to be a great experience. The house upon move-in was dirty and dusty and full of insects.
I wish I would hit the mega lottery so I can buy the foreclosure homes and give it back to the families. CAN OBAMA just help the families with a one percent loan families can pay their mortage, and bills... Why help big banks, they are only saving themself.

Being a first time buyer there were lot of questions and Jill S helped us with all of those. I would also like to thanks Christian D , the builder for his support although mine was a model home. It’s been a month i moved to chalk hill and it’s wonderful.I haven’t had any issues with construction. This financial company cannot answer a simple financial question about my payments to it.

Yes in a curve and finished it, painted it and put the trim on! Now we have the warranty issues from the HORRIBLE workmanship. Peeling drywall in the master bath, scratches all over the cabinets. And you get the SAME excuses from the warranty department. "oh have pity on us were doing the best we can all the builders have issues". It NEVER ends and for what we paid for these homes?

The buyers of those homes will be eligible for a few thousand dollars, if they can put together documents showing that they suffered from specific abuses.
